Russia – Tatarstan
More than 900 WellSim controllers is currently installed in Russia. All controllers are connected to SCADA server and could monitor and control wells both in automatic mode and in manual mode under control of operator. Different type of wells were equipped by controller easy and quick because we didn’t use difficult sensors, many cables and we have user-friendly GUI.All controllers are used as production and PIP measuring devices replacing other expensive flowmeters.That installation has increased production of wells, extended overhaul period and reduced electrical energy consumption. There were installed 67 controllers for group injection stations. Through MODBUS network server controllers are connected to SCADA.
Belorussia
Naftamatika supplied and installed 125 WellSim Control Station with VFDs for Belorusneft company in Belorussia. Next controllers and power stations are in manufacturing now.
Lithuania
In November 2012, we installed WellSIM rod pump controller for AB LOTOS Geonafta company in Lithuania. Purpose of the project was primarily to save energy costs and also to increase efficiency of production.
