Description
NaftaSCADA is a supervisory monitoring, control, and data analytics system designed to collect and process data from remote rod pump controllers.
NaftaSCADA provides full control functionality, including well startup, shutdown, parameter transmission, and remote access to controller functions, such as automatic control modes and dynagraph card analysis.
The software automatically alerts operators when critical operating parameters exceed predefined limits and performs automatic event classification, such as “stopped,” “alarm,” and other operational states.
NaftaSCADA provides historical graphs with trends of efficiency, runtime, and production rate, and generates reports in a convenient graphical format. A key component of the system is the dynagraph card viewer, which also provides tools for dynagraph analysis.
The system uses modern algorithms to collect and analyze operational data from every connected well. The number of monitored objects is highly scalable: NaftaSCADA can manage both small oilfields with a few wells and large fields with thousands of wells (up to 10,000). For easier operation, wells can be grouped by various parameters, including geographical location, oilfields, or responsible operators.
NaftaSCADA features a user-friendly interface that allows operators with minimal training to effectively use the system without installing additional software.
The high performance of WellSim controllers combined with advanced NaftaSCADA algorithms enables operators to monitor, diagnose, and adjust well operation in real time.
NaftaSCADA multilevel access allows staff to monitor and control oil production process including change and adjustment of automatic modes and browse collected statistical data.
NaftaSCADA is using web-based GUI allowing access from remote computer without specific software using only internet browser. That technology also allows to use mobile devices to gain access to full spectrum of functions and historical data (surface cards, downhole cards, wattmeter cards etc.). When switching from one well to another selected information will refresh automatically in objects tree.
