Installation supervision, commissioning, and specialist training
The company provides installation supervision and commissioning of the hardware and software system, including installation and connection of load and position sensors, controller configuration, well startup, and integration of the controller with telemetry and SCADA systems.
The company regularly conducts training seminars for customer specialists to ensure efficient operation of WellSim and NaftaSCADA systems, as well as proper analysis of surface and downhole dynagraph cards. Training programs are tailored to the qualification level of participants, including instrumentation and automation engineers, software engineers, and production technologists.
During full-scale system deployment, the company also provides technical support for WellSim controllers and the NaftaSCADA software. Technical support includes consultations for operating personnel, remote system access and configuration, and software updates and version upgrades.
