Equipment tailored to the needs of modern oilfields

The WellSim Rod Pump Controller is designed for efficient real-time control of sucker rod pumping units based on continuous analysis of a mathematical model of the well. The controller generates surface and downhole dynagraph cards, protects both surface and downhole equipment, and calculates well production.

The system is designed to automate the oil production process and includes a complete set of modules for control and protection of sucker rod pumping units. Its modular architecture allows the system configuration to be tailored to specific customer requirements and operating conditions while optimizing the overall cost of the solution.

NaftaSCADA is a supervisory monitoring, control, and data analytics system designed to collect and process data from remote rod pump controllers. It provides full well control along with advanced diagnostic tools for assessing the condition of each well, while also enabling remote control and flexible configuration.

The EMS121 load sensor is designed to measure the load on the polished rod of a sucker rod pumping unit and transmit this data to the rod pump controller. The EMS121 design ensures reliable operation in harsh oilfield environments, including desert climates, extreme northern conditions, and areas with aggressive substances and explosive gases.

The EMS122 load and position sensor is designed to measure the load on the polished rod and determine its position. The EMS122 operates with rod pump controllers and is engineered for reliable performance in harsh oilfield environments, including desert conditions, extreme northern climates, and areas with aggressive substances and explosive gases.

The HS125 Hall sensor kit is designed to determine the crank position of a pumping unit and the rotational speed of the motor rotor.

The WellSim simulator is designed to emulate signals from well-installed sensors. It is used for testing well controller performance and for training personnel in their operation.
