In 2015, Naftamatika participated in pilot field tests (PFT) of control stations with frequency converters at the facilities of JSC "Caspiyneft.", Kazakhstan. WellSim controllers, Naftamatika load sensors, and position sensors were installed at the wells.
The results of the PFT included:
• bringing the well into optimal working mode;
• continuous well operation with an optimal fillage level;
• real-time monitoring of surface and downhole dynacards;
• recommendations for using the WellSim controllers for wells operating in intermittent mode.
