At Lukoil-Komi facilities, WellSim control stations equipped with Danfoss variable frequency drives were installed on six producing wells.
Operational performance analysis was carried out by specialists of Lukoil-Engineering (PechoraNIPIneft).
Results achieved:
— Energy consumption reduction: 20–67%
— Production increase: +0.8 m³/day per well
— Production rate calculation accuracy: within 5%, compared to metering data (group metering units and flowmeters), subject to prior calibration
— Profit: RUB 1.8 million per well annually*

Energy efficiency:
For wells No. 4 and 6, an increase in power consumption was observed after implementation. This was caused by a significant increase in continuous SRP operation time due to optimized operating режимs — effectively, these wells transitioned to continuous operation.The additional power consumption was fully offset by increased oil production.
SRP operation optimization:
Operating mode optimization was carried out for three wells that had previously worked in intermittent mode. As a result, additional production reached 2.2 tons/day.
For wells No. 1, 2, and 3, the operating mode remained unchanged, as they had already been running in continuous mode with near-optimal parameters prior to implementation (pump fillage of 85–95%).
